Shipping and Handling
At this time we do all of our shipping through
the United States Postal Service. Shipping
includes packaging and handling fees. Please
select your appropriate location group. We may
at times choose to use UPS, at our discretion.
*If the incorrect shipping is selected or the
system does not calculate the shipping
correctly, we will contact you and provide an
opportunity to pay the correct amount.
There is a $35.00 charge for any check
returned by your bank.
Due to the nature of the product, we cannot
accept returns on opened/used products. If
you have a concern about a product,
please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
and we will handle each request individually.
At this time we accept payment by check and
credit card through PayPal. If you would like
to order by telephone, please contact us
at 877-75-BLESS. We can accept payment by
check or money order. If paying by personal
check via mail, please allow an additional
7 days for the check to clear.
Normal turnaround time on our orders is
3-5 days or less. During the holiday season
it may be longer. Please note that due to
handcrafted nature of our products we may
be out of stock of a particular item at one
time. You will be notified if this is the case
and given the opportunity to replace the
item, remove the item from your order or
place the item on backorder.
Picking Up Orders
If you choose to pick up your orders locally,
please call us to make arrangements. We
have a limited area where we can meet you if
possible. You are responsible for making the
arrangements with us. We will not ship your
order unless you have paid standard
