There is a $25.00 charge for any check returned by your bank.

Returns

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on opened/used products. If you have a concern about a product, please contact us at: info@naturallotion.com and we will handle each request individually.

Web Ordering

At this time we accept payment by check and credit card through PayPal. If you would like to order by telephone, please contact us at 877-75-BLESS. We can accept payment by check or money order. If paying by personal check via mail, please allow an additional 5 days for the check to clear.

Delivery

Normal turnaround time on our orders is 3-5 days or less. During the holiday season it may be longer. Please note that due to handcrafted nature of our products we may be out of stock of a particular item at one time. You will be notified immediately if this is the case and given the opportunity to replace the item, remove the item from your order or place the item on backorder.

Shipping and Handling

At this time we do all of our shipping through United States Postal Service. Shipping includes packaging and handling fees. We may at times choose to use UPS, at our discretion.
